Change voice when calling in Skype with Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0

There is so much you can do with Skype, and one of them is Video and Voice calls to anyone else on Skype. Speaking like someone else or using voice effects such as chipmunk, baby girl and tiger voices will be a big plus to your chatting pleasure.

In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to use the Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0 for changing your voice in Skype's voice chat session. So, it will work as a Skype Voice Changer Software.

Click on the steps below to start

Step 1: Turn on Virtual Audio Device mode (VAD mode) in AV Voice Changer Software Diamond 8
On Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0 main panel, click Preferences to open the Preferences window

In the Preferences window, we will switch from Hook mode to Virtual Audio Driver mode.
Check Virtual driver Mode (1).
Click the OK button (2) to apply the new settings and close this window

Step 2: Change the Audio settings of Skype
Run Skype, login to your account. Choose menu Tools >> Options

In the Options dialog box: Select Audio settings (1).
In Microphone dropdown box, select: Microphone(Avnex Virtual Audio Device) (2). Click Save.

From now on, AV Virtual Audio Driver will be the main audio driver used on Skype.

Step 3: Prepare the voice with Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0
Return to Voice Changer Software main panel, choose morphing effects and make adjustments for your voice until you are satisfied with the output voice.

Step 4: Start calling your friend via Skype with the changed voice
Get back to Skype and start the voice VoIP call or voice chat session. The morphing effects are now applied, and your voice has been changed. VCSD will work as a Skype Voice Changer.

Note: As long as the AV Virtual Audio Device works as main driver for your microphone, you have a very powerful Skype voice changer ready for use.
